Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to paid Tech Innovators Pro memberships. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay.

Cancellation

You can cancel your Pro membership at any time from your account or by emailing us.
On cancellation, your membership stays active until the end of the current billing period; it is not renewed thereafter.
Cancelling stops future charges — you will not be billed again once cancelled.

7-day satisfaction window: if you are a first-time subscriber and are not satisfied, email us within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund.
After the 7-day window, payments for the current period are non-refundable, but you keep access until the period ends.
If you were charged in error or experienced a billing issue, contact us and we will investigate and refund where appropriate.
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days.

Email we-are@techinnovators.in from your account email with your request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Our newsletter, funding tracker, company directory and standard journalism are free — no payment or refund applies to them.
